The following will be determined under all/part of the above
25/01116/FUL - 58 John Street Sunderland SR1 1QS. Mr Gavin Coatman is
applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use from offices (Use
Class E) to hotel / guest accommodation (Use Class C1) Installation of new
rooflights to front elevation.
25/01117/LBC - 58 John Street Sunderland SR1 1QS. Mr Gavin Coatman is
applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Installation of new rooflights to
front elevation and internal alterations.
This relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of
Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
Copies of the application and plans are available for inspection at City Hall,
Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA, during normal office hours Monday to
Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm please note this is a self-serve facility. Alternatively
you can make comment and view plans via the internet at
https://www.sunderland.gov.uk/online-applications/ within 21 days beginning
with the date of publication of this notice.
