What is planned?
APPLICATION UNDER THE ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITTING (ENGLAND AND WALES) REGULATIONS 2016
The Company known as Hillgreen Engineering Ltd on behalf of Brackley Farms Limited
Address: Wing Complex, Wellington Farm, Stewkley Road, Buckinghamshire, LU7 0LD
has applied to Buckinghamshire Council for a permit to operate a scheduled installation for the
operation of a biomass boiler processing Grades A-C waste wood at the address above. A biomass boiler is a Small Waste Incineration Plant (SWIP). The permit was submitted under the Environmental Permitting (England & Wales) Regulations 2016, Schedule 13A.
The application has been placed on the public register held at: Buckinghamshire Council, Strategic Environmental Protection Team, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP20 1UA and can be inspected free of charge during normal office hours.

by Friday 26th September 2025.
Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
