25/01389/VAR TEIGNMOUTH - 4-5 Northumberland Place, Teignmouth. Variation of condition 2 on planning permission 21/00974/FUL (second floor extension to provide replacement stairwell access to studio and internal alterations to reconfigure studio and meeting rooms accommodation) to alter fenestration on the front elevation and the addition of a PV array
