Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: Land accessed from Bays Lane, Gurney Slade, Radstock (Coordinates E: 363422, N: 149287)
Take notice that application is being made by: Mr E Light of Morris & Perry Ltd. For planning permission to: Proposed Solar PV Installation with associated works to include cable route and vehicular access to provide renewable electricity to Gurney Slade Quarry.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Somerset Council, at Council Offices, Cannards Grave Road, Shepton Mallet, BA4 5BT.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
