I give notice that DP9 acting on behalf of Dominus Stratford Limited is applying to the London Borough of Newham for planning permission for the proposal below:
Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide a part 10, part 12, part 31 storey building for a mixed-use development comprising 692 student accommodation rooms (Sui Generis), a public house consisting of 178sqm (Sui Generis) with hard and soft landscaping, public realm improvements and associated works.
This Application Is Accompanied By An Environmental Statement Under The Town And Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 - (As Amended).
