TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications:

1) Change of use from function venue and or for general assembly and leisure use (sui generis) to place of worship; wedding registry; community purposes & café (mixed use) at Acacia Hall, Darent Suite High Street Dartford (Application Ref. DA/25/00909/COU)

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area and in addition, affect the setting of a Listed Building.

2) Erection of two-storey side extension at Bean House Bean Lane Bean (Application Ref. No. DA/25/01017/FUL)

which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan, and will in the opinion of the Local Authority, affect the setting of a public right of way.

3) Erection of single-storey rear extension at Bean House Bean Lane Bean (Application Reference: DA/25/01020/FUL)

which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan, and will in the opinion of the Local Authority, affect the setting of a public right of way.

Any person who wishes to make representations concerning the applications should do so in writing within 21 days of the publication of this notice to the Development Manager at the above address.

Any representations you make must be made available to the applicant or any interested party.  Representations will be available in hard copy at The Civic Centre.
