All applications are available for viewing at the Council Offices or via the Council's website http://planning.welhat.gov.uk. Representation must be made within 21 days of this notice. Representation received will be made public. The Council gives warning pursuant to its powers under section 225 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, that it will remove or obliterate any placard displayed illegally within the administrative boundaries of Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council. Date: 3rd September 2025.

The following applications have been submitted to the Council:-

B/2025/1539/LB - Replacement of two upvc windows on principle elevation with new timber, flush casement windows at: The Coach And Horses, 61 Newgate Street, Village Hertford.

6/2025/1593/MAJ - Erection of a new residential dwelling and annexe following demolition of the existing dwelling, stable block and detached garage, together with associated landscaping and ancillary works at: 4 Barneswood, Digswell, Welwyn.

S/2025/1647/HOUSE - Raising of existing rear and part side flat roof and insertion of roof lights, window replacement throughout, changes to front doorways and new rear bi-fold doors, new parking bay and patio area at: 9 Graysfield, WGC.

6/2025/1748/HOUSE - Erection of single storey side extension at: 16 Guessens Road, WGC.

6/2025/1760/FULL - Installation of an AC condenser unit to rear elevation of the building at: 55-57 Howardsgate, WGC.
