NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF LAND

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by GEDLING BOROUGH COUNCIL of its intention to dispose of public open space land containing an area of approx. 0.2 Acres (zero point two acres) situated at Killisick Lane, Arnold in the County of Nottingham under the provisions of S123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended.

A plan showing the land to be disposed of may be inspected by appointment (telephone 0115 901 3901) at the offices of Gedling Borough Council, Civic Centre, Arnot Hill Park, Arnold, Nottingham between the hours of 08.45 and 16.45 Mondays to Fridays inclusive. Copies may also be viewed on the Council’s website at www.gedling.gov.uk/ haveyoursay.

Any objection to the proposed disposal must be made in writing and submitted to the undersigned by no later than Friday 19th September 2025.
