Full Planning Applications

IP/25/00572/FUL 463 - 465 Felixstowe Road. Formation of a shared dropped kerb and associated off-street parking to serve 463 and 465 Felixstowe Road.

IP/25/00596/FUL 8 Little Croft Street. Change of use from a single dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to a five-person HMO (Use Class C4).

Protected Trees

IP/25/00599/CALF Unitarian Meeting House, Friars Street. Works to trees: Reduce 4x Lime to 1.5m below roofline of Meeting House with structural pollard of T1 & T2 to retain scaffold limbs and removing foliage and reducing; lateral spread by up to 2m, and full pollard of T36 and 37 to monolith removing all limbs.

Listed Building and Conservation Area Proposals

IP/25/00424/LBC 73 Berners Street. Damp proofing works on lower ground floor (basement). Installation of Newtonite 803 (3mm) meshed cavity membrane to damp affected areas. Existing skirting boards will be removed and replaced once work is complete. A setting coat plaster finish will be applied to the plasterboard linings once work is complete.

IP/25/00595/FUL Park Grounds, Christchurch Park. Creation of 18-hole ‘adventure golf course’.

IP/25/00509/FUL (Previously advertised on 17/05/2025) 12 Museum Street. Extensions and alterations, including demolition to building. Provision of dropped kerbs and pedestrian crossing on Museum Street. Installation of external plant/equipment and substation, lighting, replacement of external windows and doors, landscaping, photo-voltaic system on roof areas, removal/ works to existing trees and ancillary works/infrastructure.
