Proposal: Variation of Condition 2 (Approved plans), Condition 8 (plans relating to FRA), Condition 9 (Landscaping details) and Condition 10 (Landscape Management & Maintenance Schedule) of planning permission ref: FUL/2022/0057 for ‘Proposed new 420 place (2FE) Primary School with associated works including parking, hard play/hard standing and school playing field’ to allow a previously approved grassed area to be used for play equipment with surfacing.
