NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 AND UNDER THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
KCC/TM/0124/2025 – Proposed development at Slade Primary School, The Slade, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1HR.
Kent County Council is applying to Kent County Council Planning Applications Group for planning permission for the Removal of two existing sheds and replacement of existing modular classroom with the installation of a single storey classroom building and freestanding covered walkway, connecting the proposed new building to the existing school buildings on the site.
The proposed development is within the Tonbridge Conservation Area and may affect its character and/or appearance.

We accept comments within 21 days from the date of this notice (2 October 2025). Please quote the application reference number (KCC/TM/0124/2025) and note that comments may be drawn to the attention of Council Members, the applicant and other interested persons and may include publishing on the Borough Council website.
