What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
25/1418/FH - THE LEAS LIFT, LOWER SANDGATE ROAD, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1PR - Listed Building Consent for the replacement of the timber carriages, a new steel frame and an emergency escape door.
25/1506/FH - YEW TREE COTTAGE, STONE STREET, PETHAM, CANTERBURY, CT4 5PU - Conversion of existing detached garage into annexe.
25/1571/FH - THE DUKES HEAD, 9 DYMCHURCH ROAD, HYTHE, CT21 6JB - Retrospective listed building consent for replacement roof.
25/1572/FH - HILLSIDE, BREWERS HILL, SANDGATE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 3DH - Two storey extension of garage to form double garage and rooms above, together with proposed extension of balcony and first floor extension to main house, and raised parking platform.
25/1575/FH - STELLING LODGE FARM, CHURCH LANE, STELLING MINNIS, CANTERBURY, CT4 5PS - Listed building consent for replacement roof to cart shed.
Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
