2. Rye Conservation Area - External alteration and repairs of North and East

3. Outline application with all matters reserved except access for
development of up to 35 residential units (including 40% affordable),
including new vehicular access from Battery Hill. Pett Level Road - Land

4. Rye Conservation Area – Setting of Listed Building - Alterations to rear
garden wall to enlarge existing vehicle access and create parking space
for one vehicle, new bifolding timber gates (renewal of previous approval

5. Rye Conservation Area - General refurbishments to the whole property
including re-wiring, new heating system, repairs to existing fabric,
refurbishment of all windows, like-for-like replacement for any elements
beyond repair, redecorations throughout, enlargement of one window
opening into a new doorway,re-roofing to lean-to single storey utility room,
removal of decayed and unsafe timber external stairway and walkway to

6. Winchelsea Conservation Area - Taking down 2no chimney stacks to roof
level and reconstructing like for like, reinstating original capping stone.

11. Winchelsea Conservation Area - Remove existing C20th window and
associated secondary glazing and brick work below cill and replace with

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10 & 12 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 2, 5, 6, 9, & 11 above.

The proposed development in respect of 8 above affects a public right of way.
