HS/LB/25/00460 13 Courthouse Street, Hastings. Installation of boiler including rooftop flue exit to western roof slope (behind No 11)
HS/LB/25/00477 Hill House, 13 Hill Street, Hastings. Internal structural repair including the removal of brick infill, repair of the structural timber frame and the reinstatement of external and internal wall finishes using compatible materials and lime plasters, and external re-rendering including the reinstatement of the ashlar lining out evident on the existing render

DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA
HS/FA/25/00172 Site of former 34, West Street, Hastings. Partial demolition and reconstruction of two existing single-storey rear extensions along the eastern elevation of 1 East Parade and construction of two new dwellings. Works to include abutment work to 1 East Parade.
HS/FA/25/00180* Serenity, 2 Godwin Road, Hastings. Proposed upwards extension and rear extension to existing 1.5 storey dwelling with associated development.
HS/FA/25/00322 Car Park, Rock-a-Nore Road, Hastings. To install a mobile sauna and associated changing for a period of 5 years
HS/FA/25/00333 16 Harold Road, Hastings. Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of Planning Permission HS/FA/21/00512 granted on appeal APP/B1415/W/21/3285052 Amendments - Reduction in rear elevation and removal of rear gable end.
HS/FA/25/00401 209-210 Queens Road, Hastings. Change of use of Ground Floor (part), from Class E (former retail) to Adult Gaming Centre (Sui Generis).
HS/FA/25/00411 Flat 3, 61 St Helens Road, Hastings. Replacement of the existing 4 no. single glazed timber sash windows to the front elevation and 2 no windows to the rear elevation.
HS/FA/25/00426 Shop and Premises, 1-2 Trinity Street, Hastings. Change of use from commercial, business and service (Class E) to a single dwellinghouse (C3) over the first, second and third floors. Form new ground floor lobby to shop and to stairs. Split the ground floor shop into two units. Install new shop front with new corner entrance. Install new external glazed doors to the rear elevation at first and second floors and replace window with new external glazed door to the intermediate landing between the second and third floors. Form first floor rear terrace area over existing flat roof, install second floor rear metal balcony and form third floor rear terrace area over rear annex to form private outdoor space. Install new conservation roof lights to the third floor front and rear loft space rooms.

AMENDED PLANS APPLICATIONS
HS/FA/25/00454 Flat above, 47 Kings Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Removal of existing first floor single storey rear addition/conservatory, replaced with a single storey flat roof rear extension with perimeter walls in same position. Blocking up of side elevation (south) window. Installation of Decking to rear yard. Replacement of rear elevation 1st floor window with French Doors. (Retrospective) (amended description). Proposed Amendment: Amended description

Comments about applications can be made online or sent to the Planning Services Manager within 21 days from the date of this notice or 14 days for amended plans. An additional day will be added for each bank/public holiday in England that falls during the consultation period. Comments received are public documents and will be published on the internet. Requests for confidentiality cannot be accepted.
* Comments made on this application will be sent to the Secretary of State if an appeal is received and dealt with under the 'written representations' procedure. No comments can be made at the appeal stage.
