REASON FOR INQUIRY
Appeal by Urban Dev (York) Ltd & Karbon Homes Ltd & JGC (1980) Ltd relating to the application to North Yorkshire Council for Residential development consisting of 66 dwellings, with associated landscaping and highways, demolition and off-site highways works at Land West of Garden Lane, Sherburn in Elmet.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. Members of the public may attend the inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
Please be aware the first day of the inquiry is an unaccompanied site visit and therefore those members of the public wishing to attend should arrive at the venue on 15th and 16th October at 9:50am.
