What is planned?

LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING

NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

P0932.25, Units 2 To 3 King George Close Romford, Variation of condition no. 2 (Plans) of planning application P1726.23 dated 02/01/2024 to allow for amendments to the acoustic fence and gate around the plant area and to show the plant equipment (Erection of steel plant gantry and open mesh walkway with high level perimeter louvred enclosure; internal reconfiguration; roof openings and modifications; facade modifications; louvres; flue shafts; access and escape stairs and security fence cages; change in material of acoustic fence to external plant room; new and amended doors; and the infilling of window openings.

This is a major development because it involves development carried out on a site having an area of 1 hectare or more

P1006.25, Bower House, Amana Trust Orange Tree Hill Havering-atte-Bower Romford, The proposal is to improve and re-grade the levels on Bower Farm to create a more usable field area to the North of the Farm buildings. The eventual change of levels is consolidated to the proposed and approved new tree area shown in planning approval P1566.23. 500mm of top soil will be removed and the rougher excavated soil from the adjacent site, soil from the earth works relating to Bower House planning approval P1302.21, will be used to grade the site. The top soil will then be replaced and the area turfed and seeded for agricultural use.

The development is in a Conservation Area

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan

P1075.25, 94 Shepherds Hill Romford, Variation of Condition No. 3 (Hours of operation) of planning permission Ref: P0315.24 dated 10/05/2024 to allow extended winter hours (Variation of Condition No. 1 of Planning Permission Ref: P0860.23 dated 18/04/2023 to vary the hours of operation from 08:00-17:00 Monday to Sunday during British Summer Time and 08:00-16:00 Monday to Sunday at all other times other than British Summer Time and Bank or Public Holidays, to 08:00-19:00 Monday to Friday during British Summer Time, 08:00-17:00 Saturday and Sunday during British Summer Time and 08:00-16:00 Monday to Sunday at all other times other than British Summer Time and Bank or Public Holidays. Not at any time on Bank or Public Holidays. (Following Grant of Appeal APP/B5480/C/22/3290229 1. Without planning permission, the material change of use of the land to a dog walking business; and 2. Without planning permission, the installation of CCTV cameras, (Revised Description 26/4))

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan

P1095.25, West View, Paternoster Row Romford, Variation of condition No.2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission Ref: P0819.18 dated 16/05/2019 to permit an alternative dwelling design (Demolition of existing dwelling and garage. Construction of a replacement dwelling)

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan
