Forcett Hall Estate Ltd – The Hall, Forcett Hall Road, Forcett, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL11 7SB (ref. no. ZD25/00446/LBC) Listed building consent for a programme of upgrading works to existing plumbing routes, new pipework and boiler system, overhaul of existing radiators and new to match the historic radiators, creation of ensuites at first and second floors, repairs to plasterwork and timber skirtings, general decoration works to including painting, new floor coverings and repairs to existing timber floors, replacement of existing electrical installations including a new fire alarm system, remedial works to remove unauthorised partitions and dowelings to reinstate fabric in a like for like manner

Anyone wishing to make representations to the Council on these applications should make them in writing to Planning Services, North Yorkshire Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond, DL10 4JX by 11th September 2025.
