b) Change of use of land to residential garden (retrospective), erection of a detached three-bay carport and extension of associated permeable gravel driveway, erection of boundary wall to North comprising low brick wall, piers and infill timber boarding, 1.2m timber post and wire infill fence to North, East and West at The Stables Gunby Road Bubwith YO8 6DX (Ref: 25/01986/PLF)

Proposals (a,b) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
