Notice is given that the Council has received the following applications for planning permission and/or listed building consent which involve development in a conservation area and/or affecting a listed building:-

FOR: Listed Building Consent for proposed removal of existing cedar shingle roof finish over the garden room extension and installation of new cedar shingle roof finish. Application number: 3/2025/0611
AT: Black House Farm, Hole House Lane, Slaidburn BB7 4TS
FOR: Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for extension and alteration of farmhouse and outbuilding including the erection of a side extension, insertion of a door between the listed building and the new extension. Application numbers: 3/2025/0523 (PP) and 3/2025/0524 (LBC)
The following application affects Public Rights of Way FP35 and FP37 in the parish of Ribchester:
AT: Eatoughs Farm, Fleet Street Lane, Ribchester PR3 3XE
FOR: Proposed riding arena, stables, store room, hard standing and access. Application number: 3/2025/0606
The following application constitutes major development:-
AT: BAE Systems, Samlesbury Aerodrome, Myerscough Smithy Road, Balderstone BB2 7LF
FOR: Proposed extension to manufacturing facility with associated HV Substation, exernal plant compound and new/displaced car park.

Representations on the above application/s should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of this Notice as, after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision. You can comment online, by email or write to the Director of Development, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, BB7 2RA quoting the application number.
Any representations received will be available for inspection by members of the public on the website and in the Planning Department, and will be sent to the Secretary of State in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission.
