What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.
The Old Pyrford Vicarage, Church Hill, Pyrford, Woking. PLAN/2025/0636/ML: Erection of a single storey glazed link extension, replace existing door with a window and installation of a conservation roof window. Augusta, Golf Club Road, Woking. PLAN/2025/0508/HD: Erection of a dual-pitched garden room. 20 Chertsey Road, Woking. PLAN/2025/0607/ML: Proposed change of use of the premises from restaurant [Use Class E(b)] to Adult Gaming Centre [Sui Generis] with associated external changes including replacement aluminium facade. 20 Chertsey Road, Woking. PLAN/2025/0608/ML: Display of replacement illuminated and non-illuminated signage to the premises comprising replacement illuminated fascia box sign. Land At The Corner Of New Lane And Adjacent To Rustlings On Robin Hood Lane, Sutton Green, Guildford. PLAN/2025/0660/DR: Change of use of the land to a mixed use, comprising equestrian use for the private keeping of horses, and a caravan site, to facilitate the siting of a static caravan for human habitation to be occupied by Gypsy and Traveller along with the engineering operations to include the installation of a sewage treatment plant, and hardstanding for parking, retention of highway access onto New Lane, retention of L-shape stable with tack room and open fronted hay store (retrospective).
