CA/25/01417: Kent and Canterbury Hospital, Ethelbert Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3NG  Erection of external staircase for access to roof on side elevation together with the installation of collapsible roof edge protection barriers and the replacement of windows to staircase tower from steel to aluminium.  Applicant: Mr Andrew Doubtfire   Reason: Conservation area.
