In accordance with the above, notice is hereby given that application(s) have been made to Epsom & Ewell Borough Council for permission to carry out the following proposal(s):–

First floor side extension with hipped roof, alterations to fenestration and associated works incorporating replacement rear balcony guardrail and alterations to rainwater goods.
25/00915/LBA
12 Castle View, Epsom, Surrey
Listed Building Consent: Internal alterations to accommodate a third bedroom on the first floor incorporating the relocation of the existing first floor bathroom to the ground floor. Alterations to fenestration.

Any comments should be made using the facility provided at the above website address or in writing to the Planning Department at the above address. Correspondence should quote the above application reference and should arrive no later than 21 days from the date of this notice.
It should also be noted that any representation received may be made available for inspection by the public, and may be copied as a result of the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985. Representations will not be acknowledged until after an application has been determined. Late representations cannot normally be taken into consideration.
