LANDS APPROXIMATELY 250M SOUTHWEST
OF 99 DUBLIN ROAD, ANTRIM, BT41 4PN.

PROVIDING FEEDBACK
As part of the Pre-Application Community Consultation (PACC), and in line with the latest
planning regulations, a dedicated website for this proposal is available at:

In addition to the in-person public consultation event, this website has the facility for members
of the public to leave feedback on the proposal, and will remain live for comments until
17th October 2025, 5pm.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough
Council at this time. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a
planning application is subsequently submitted to Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, normal neighbourhood
notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations
regarding the proposal at that time.
