NOTICE OF PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION PUBLIC EVENT

Elvanfoot Energy Storage 2 Limited, a project company of Muirhall Energy Limited is exploring the potential for a Battery Energy Storage System development (Phase 2) on land to the north of Leadhills Road (B7040), west of Elvanfoot, Biggar, South Lanarkshire.

Public exhibition events are being held for the purposes of community consultation for this possible development proposal. The second event will take place on Wednesday 10th September 2025 and is being held at Crawford Village Hall, 100 Carlisle Road, Crawford, Biggar, ML12 6TW between the hours of 15:30 -19:30.

Comments submitted to Muirhall Energy Limited are not representations to South Lanarkshire Council. There will be an opportunity to make representations to South Lanarkshire Council as and when a formal planning application for the proposal is submitted.
