The following applications have been made to Boston Borough Council. Details may be inspected at the Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston and at www.boston.gov.uk up to 24 September 2025. Representations must be made in writing by that date. 

B/25/0314 - Conversion of garage to self-contained accommodation including alterations and extension (works already started) - Bay Hall, Hall Lane, Benington, Boston 

B/25/0341 - Proposed installation of 4no biomass boilers/ stoves, 2no containers and 1no water tank - Waterside Farm, Claydyke Bank, Amber Hill, Boston. 

B/25/0345 - Proposed demolition of existing onsite structures and construction of a Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC), Use Class E (e) , with mobile diagnostics service park, access, parking, landscaping and associated infrastructure - Former Boston United FC York Street, Boston. 

B/25/0347 and B/25/0348 - Listed Building Consent for proposed two storey rear extension, loft conversion, replacement windows and new french doors (works already started)125, High Street, Boston.
