PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT 

a) Change of use of building for use as farm shop (Retrospective Application) at Windy Ridge Kiln House Lane Tunstall HU12 0JH (Ref: 25/02374/PLF) 

b) Erection of a two storey extension with single storey bay windows and open porch to front, installation of two rooflights to front roofslope, installation of bi-folding doors to rear to replace existing windows and doors, erection of a canopy to create covered seating area to rear and two storey extension to side with car port to front following removal of existing detached garage at 21 Melton Old Road Melton HU14 3HP (Ref: 25/02205/PLF) 

c) Installation of a Chemical (Ferric) Dosing Kiosk including staircase at Waste Water Treatment Works High Street Easington (Ref: 25/02345/CM) 

d) Installation of a Motor Control Centre (MCC) Kiosk at Waste Water Treatment Works High Street Easington (Ref: 25/02346/CM) 

e) Installation of a Chemical (Caustic) Kiosk and Chemical (Ferric) Dosing Kiosk (Retrospective Application) at Waste Water Treatment Works Bishop Burton Road Cherry Burton (Ref: 25/02344/CM) f) Installation of mercury abatement plant including external air blast cooler and pressurisation unit with 1.8m high timber fence screening and gate at Haltemprice Crematorium Main Street Willerby HU10 6DS (Ref: 25/01683/PLF) 

g) Listed Building Consent for installation of mercury abatement plant including external air blast cooler and pressurisation unit with 1.8m high timber fence screening and gate and construction of new and extended mezzanine with connection through wall to air blast coolers at Haltemprice Crematorium Main Street Willerby HU10 6DS (Ref: 25/01684/PLB) 

h) Installation of new shop front to replace existing at Dove House Hospice 3 Southgate Hessle HU13 0RB (Ref: 25/02379/PLF) 

i) Installation of a solar farm comprising ground mounted solar PV panels with an installed capacity of 49.99MW AC including mounting system, transformer substations, underground cabling, fencing, CCTV, internal tracks and associated infrastructure, landscaping, biodiversity net gain and environmental enhancements for a temporary period of 40 years at Land East of Kenley House Farm Ferry Road Wawne HU7 5XY (Ref: 25/02275/STPLF) 

j) Displaying of internally intermittent illuminated internal digi-screen, set back from shopfront glazing at Specsavers 92 King Street Cottingham HU16 5QE (Ref: 25/02283/PAD) Proposals (h,j) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Proposals (f,g) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Proposals (b,h,i) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposals (a,c,d,i) affect a public right of way. Proposals (c,d,e,i) are major developments.
