TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:
R/2025/0504/LB: LBC for internal alterations to Redcar Station Business Centre, Station Road, Redcar R/2025/0507/CA: Change of use from commercial business to bar and food service venue, repaint shop front at 15 Market Place, Westgate, Guisborough. bR/2025/0534/CA: Replacement of rear doors at 44a,54b,c, 56a,b,c, 58a,b,c 60c and 62a Ruby Street, Saltburn.
R/2025/0536/CA: Replacement of rear doors at 16b, 19a, 23a,b, 45a,b Emerald Street, Saltburn.
R/2025/0541/AC: Display of non illuminated fascia and projecting sign at 10 Dundas Street West, Saltburn.
R/2025/0542/VC: Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission
R/2023/0095/RS for demolition of sunroom and replace with two storey rear & side extension; single storey rear extension; rear dormer and alterations to windows and doors at 28 Marske Mill Lane, Saltburn.

R/2025/0500/FFM: Battery Storage Facility over two land parcels of land (A & B) comprising battery storage infrastructure, access arrangements, habitat creation, landscaping and associated works at Land to the North of B1380 (Parcel A) and South of A174 (Parcel B), Lackenby
Applications submitted under Article 15 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015:
R/2025/0500/FFM: Battery Storage Facility over two land parcels of land (A & B) comprising battery storage infrastructure, access arrangements, habitat creation, landscaping and associated works at Land to the North of B1380 (Parcel A) and South of A174 (Parcel B), Lackenby Applications can be viewed on the Council's web site: www.redcar-cleveland.gov.uk/Planning and documents downloaded if required.
Anyone who wishes to make representations on the above should make them in writing to the Section within 21 days of the date of this publication. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any representations made are available for public inspection.
