The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Wigan Town Centre
A/25/099186/FULL 32 Hallgate Wigan WN1 1LR. Change of use from a hair and beauty salon (Use Class E) to a hot food takeaway (Sui Generis), including the installation of an external rear extraction flue, internal reconfiguration of kitchen layout and associated minor internal alterations.
A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
A/25/099380/MAJOR Land To The East Of Frith Street Wigan WN5 0UW. Erection of a Use Class E(a) foodstore with supporting vehicular access roads, car parking, servicing area, hard and soft landscaping and site infrastructure.
The Council has received the following planning application which affects a Conservation Area.
A/25/099443/HH 254 Wigan Lane Wigan WN1 2RN. Single storey side and rear extension following demolition of garage together with render to all elevations. The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Ashton In Makerfield Town Centre.
A/25/099486/FULL Kelrick Properties 18 Gerard Street Ashton-in-makerfield Wigan. Restoration and enhancement of the shop frontage including new timber windows at first and second floor levels and reinstatement of traditional detailing. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
