25/P/01099 White Lodge, Send Marsh Green, Ripley, Two storey side/rear extension and single storey rear extension following demolition of existing detached garage.
25/P/01141 Cross Farm, The Street, Shackleford, Conversion of the existing outbuilding, erection of a glazed link, full refurbishment of the property including changes to the fenestration, replacement electrics & plumbing throughout together with internal alterations following demolition of the existing rear extension.
25/P/01157 St Catherines Priory, Ferry Lane, Guildford, Listed Building Consent for the demolition of a 7m long section of existing boundary wall and the erection of replacement 1.8m high featheredge timber fencing
25/P/01160 2 Newark Lane, Ripley, Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to vary condition 2 (approved drawings) to modify the elevations to show casement windows and materials to reflect the materials supplied to satisfy condition 3 of planning permission 23/P/01517 approved on 04/06/2024 for residential redevelopment of 2 Newark Lane including demolition of existing dwelling and replacement with a two storey dwelling and demolition of existing storage buildings and cutting rooms and replacement with a two storey dwelling.
