What is planned?

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Phase 1B of the Hull District Heat Network refers to four non-contiguous areas of the city centre. These areas take the following routes: - Portland street; Lombard Street; part of Ferensway; North Street; part of Prospect Street; Albion Street; Jarratt Street; Bond Street; and part of Jameson Street - George Street; Wilberforce Drive; North Walls; part of Lowgate; Guildhall Road; a section of Quay Street; Part of Hanover Square; Carr Lane; Anne Street; Myton Street; Osborne Street; St Luke's Street; part of Pease Street; Cambridge Street; part of Icehouse Road; part of Great Thornton Street - A small section of Alfred Gelder Street and Lowgate - Clarence Street across Drypool Bridge.

Take notice that application is being made by: Hull City Council.

For planning permission to: Engineering works involving excavation to facilitate laying of below ground insulated hot water flow and return pipes for Phase 1B of the Hull District Heat Network.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Hull City Council.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.

Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.

This notice is for publication in a local newspaper.

'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.

'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
