Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications:

7 Regency Court, Heybridge – Single storey rear extension. Ref No: 25/00710/HOUSE

39 Suffolk Road, Maldon – First floor front extension and addition of canopy to the front. Ref No: 25/00713/HOUSE

18 Mildmay Road, Burnham-On-Crouch – Single storey rear extension, enlargement of existing single storey extension with pitched & Velux rooflights, addition of a pergola and alterations to fenestration. Removal of chimney to rear extension. Ref No: 25/00722/HOUSE

Land At Claremont Garden Centre, Bryants Lane, Woodham Mortimer – Conversion of a storage shelter into a retail unit. Ref No: 25/00723/FUL

Comments can be submitted on the website or by writing to the Council quoting the application reference number by 18 September 2025. Please note that any representations will be made available to the public and if an appeal is lodged will be passed to the Secretary of State. Please see our website for further details.
