25/03486/FUL Land 230 Metres East Of 134 Muir Wood Road Currie Edinburgh Upgrading an informal path through and agricultural field and changing its use to a permanent surfaced public path. The path will be 2m wide minimum at pinch points along the route and widened out to 2.5m. There will be uplighters to delineate the route. Benches are proposed to provide rest stops. Surface water will be managed by cross drainage discharging into filter trenches. Low level planting to the south of the proposed path will be used to separate the field from the path.

An alternative storage plan for the site has been created and this application is for modification of the condition attached to the existing hazardous substances consent as per the new site location plan.

25/03876/FUL 37 Dudley Crescent Edinburgh EH6 4QJ Removal of lino paint and restoration of stone on front elevation of house in a conservation area. The existing paint is damaging the stone and bubbling in places. Proposal is for specialist removal of the lino paint, followed by assessment and repair of the stone beneath.
