HYSBYSIR TRWY HYN, yn unol â r darpariaethau statudol uchod, bod Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd yn bwriadu cael gwared drwy les y cetyn o dir sy n cynnwys neu yn rhan o ardal agored sef tua 7,307 medr sgwar o dir cyfagos i Coed y Nant, Ffordd Bryn Celyn, Pentwyn, Caerdydd CF23 7EZ sydd yn cynnwys neu sy n rhan o dir agored yn yr ystyr a roddir yn Adran 123 (2A) Deddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972. 

Ceir rhagor o wybodaeth ynghylch y tir yr effeithir arno drwy gysylltu a propinfo@caerdydd.gov.uk. 

Rhaid cyflwyno unrhyw sylwadau ysgrifenedig i Eirian Jones, Adran Ystadau Strategol, Cyngor Caerdydd, Y Cwrt, Neuadd y Sir, Caerdydd CF10 4UW i gyrraedd ar neu cyn 27fed Medi 2025.

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF 

THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 Section 123 (As amended by The Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980) 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the above statutory provisions that the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff intends to dispose by way of lease of an area of open space being approximately 7,307 sq m of land adjacent to Coed y Nant, Bryn Celyn Road, Pentwyn, Cardiff CF23 7EZ which consists of or forms part of open space within the meaning of Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972. 

Further details of the land intending to be disposed of may be obtained by email to propinfo@cardiff.gov.uk. 

Any representations in relation to the above must be made in writing to Eirian Jones, Strategic Estates Department, Cardiff Council, Courtyard, County Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW or to the email address above to arrive on or before 27th September 2025.
