NOTICE OF DISPOSAL
DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE AT
LAND AT HIGH STREET, WOOTTON, NORTHAMPTON, NN4 6LP
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980) that West Northamptonshire Council intends pursuant to Section 123 of Local Government Act 1972 to dispose of land described in the Schedule to this Notice.
2. Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the Director of Governance (REF: PAD/VM/33702) West Northamptonshire Council, One Angel Square, 4 Angel Street, Northampton, NN1 1ED by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice
3. A plan showing the location of the land it is intended to dispose of may be inspected free of charge at the One Stop Shop, The Guildhall, St Giles Square, Northampton from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Wednesdays.
SCHEDULE
Approximately 411 square metres of land known as Land at High Street, Wootton, Northampton, NN4 6LP.
