2025/2357 SCOLE, Land South of High House, Norwich Road – Change of use of land from agricultural to residential with erection of 1no dwelling (previous approval 2020/2367 lapsed 3/12/24)

Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage,

2025/2332 HINGHAM, Land North of The Rectory, Attleborough Road – Proposed bungalow

Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Does not accord with development plan, Listed Building and/or curtilage,

2025/2460 THURTON, Land South of Vale Road – Outline planning permission for a proposed residential development consisting of 24 Dwellings (8 Affordable Dwellings/houses)

Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan, Major development,

Applications can be viewed at the Horizon Centre Broadland Business Park Peachman Way Norwich NR7 0WF or online at:

www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays)
