Applications affecting a Listed Building (LB) and/or within a Conservation Area (CA) have been received:

CHALVINGTON & RIPE – WD/2025/1790/LB & WD/2025/1791 /F

Demolition of existing concrete block storage barn, shed building and construction of new timber boarded addition. Construction of new brick wall to enclose reconditioned and enlarged swimming pool.

HEATHFIELD & WALDRON – WD/2025/1593/LB

Replacement of selected windows.

LAUGHTON – WD/2025/1795/LB

Replace oil fired heating with air source heat pump system; installation of ventilation with heat recovery; sub-dividing the ground floor to provide a bathroom including removing the ceiling bulkhead; reopening a blocked up window; relining the chimney flues and installing new fire place/wood burning stove; relocating kitchen; replacing top floor ceiling at slightly lower level and insulating above it; associated alterations to lighting and small power; installation of an electric car charger; conservation repairs and some replacements to terracotta.
