TAKE NOTICE that an application (reference 25F/1000) has been made to LIVERPOOL CITY COUNCIL by Davis Property Developments Ltd for planning permission to erect a 3 storey building comprising of 17 apartments with rooftop terrace together with associated car parking with single storey canopy, cycle and bin storage facilities, alterations to existing vehicular access including installation of new pedestrian access, communal gardens, hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatments following the demolition of existing buildings.
Any owner of the land (namely a freeholder or a person entitled to an unexpired term of at least 7 years under a lease) who wishes to make representations to the above named Council should make them in writing not later than 1st October 2025 to the Council at: Planning Department, 4th Floor, Cunard Building, Liverpool L3 1AH or by email to planningandbuildingcontrol@liverpool.gov.uk
