The following applications have been submitted to the Council and are being advertised for the reason(s) given in each case.

25/01378/PA & 25/01380/PA - ROCKS FARMHOUSE 118 THE ROCKS ROAD EAST MALLING WEST MALLING ME19 6AU – Mr & Mrs Ingleton are applying for Amendment to approved application 24/00041/PA (extension & conversion of existing carports to provide ancillary accommodation associated with the main house, improved parking & a garden store), to alter the roof on the proposed west elevation from a full hip to a weatherboarded gable end. Reason: CA, LB, HH

25/01408/PA - 313 SHIPBOURNE ROAD TONBRIDGE TN10 3ER - VG CONSULTANT LTD is applying for Single storey side extension with pitched roof incorporating landscaping & new boundary fencing. Reason: LB, HH

25/01409/PA - Buildings At Trench Farm Coldharbour Lane Hildenborough Tonbridge – Mr Charles Fernandez is applying for Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (materials), condition 3 (approved plans) & condition 5 (levels) of planning permission 23/01673/FL Demolition of existing buildings comprising At cost barn & cart shed; erection of one 5-bed dwelling & part conversion & extension of existing barn to create one 4-bed dwelling (resubmission of approved application TM/21/00605/FL). Reason: CA

25/01412/PA - Land North Of Drayhorse Meadow Fields Lane Wateringbury - Croudace Homes Ltd is applying for Erection of 66 new homes (including affordable homes), together with associated open space, landscaping, access & parking. Reason: MD, HA

CA is within/affects a Conservation Area

MD is a Major Development

HA Site is over 1ha.

HH Householder application - As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
