What is planned?

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

25/1311/FH - 1-3 HIGH STREET, DYMCHURCH, ROMNEY MARSH, TN29 0NG - 1 x packaged refrigeration unit, 2 x floor mounted AC units and protection rail to be installed.

25/1406/FH - FLAT 2, 19 GRIMSTON GARDENS, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2PU - Retrospective planning application for a single storey rear extension.

25/1426/FH - STELLING LODGE FARM, CHURCH LANE, STELLING MINNIS, CANTERBURY, CT4 5PS - Listed Building Consent for the partial reconstruction and repairs to cart shed, reconstruction of south and part of east walls, renewal of corrugated iron roof & addition of cast iron rainwater goods.

25/1465/FH - Flat 1, 92 Bouverie Road West, Folkestone, CT20 2PP - New window and glazed door openings to the rear, replacement of existing window and door to the side and the erection of a pergola with open top and sides.

25/1508/FH - UPPER OTTERPOOL, ASHFORD ROAD, SELLINDGE, ASHFORD, TN25 6DD - Part retrospective change of use and conversion of ancillary outbuilding to provide standalone residential dwelling, including foul drainage upgrades.

25/1511/FH - 12 CHERITON PLACE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2AZ - Change of use to 9 bedroom HMO, addition of a metal staircase & door to rear,  renovations & repairs to include re-rendering, 2 new windows & repair to windows.

25/1512/FH - Clifton Hotel, 1-6 Clifton Gardens, Folkestone, CT20 2EB - Installation of a static canopy to cover the walkways at four entrances.

25/1515/FH - 12 CHERITON PLACE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2AZ - Listed Building Consent for full renovation and repair of existing listed building and conversion to 9 bedroom HMO.

25/1561/FH - Castle Stables, The Street, Lympne, CT21 4LQ - Temporary use of Castle barn and stables for community events for no more than 28 days per calendar year

Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY.  Please always quote the application reference number.  Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication.  Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
