For planning permission to: Outline planning permission (with all matters reserved except for access) for the erection of up to 90 dwellings including access from Fox Lane and Selling Road, parking, landscaping, open space and associated infrastructure and earthworks.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
