Wallasey Bridge Road, Application For Planning Permission

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England )Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 (CERTIFICATE C) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given of three planning applications to be submitted on land to the east of Wallasey Bridge Road, Wirral Waters, CH41 1HQ for:

1. Demolition of existing substation and the carrying out of public realm works to create a footway / cycleway, associated remediation, and landscape works and associated works on land along Wallasey Bridge Road.

2. Change of Use to manufacturing unit with minor works including alterations to the roof, new opening and painting, and associated works.

3. Construction of 1 no. employment unit, construction and enhancement of estate roads, installation of substation, demolition of existing structure, site remediation, landscaping, parking and servicing areas and associated works.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the relevant Council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
