What is planned?
(C4N LOCHARBRIGGS - GLENCORSE) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) ORDER 2025
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close the C4n near the entrance to Gledenholm House, Kirkmahoe, Dumfries from 0930 – 1530 on 10/09/25.
The closure is necessary to facilitate overhead cable works.
Alternative route available via C4n, C3n, A701(T), C6n, C4n and vice versa.
Emergency access will be available. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

Written comments may be made to Head of Economy and Development by email to Planning@dumgal.gov.uk or via the Council’s website, as noted above, by 12/09/2025 (Type A).
