The Council gives warning pursuant to its powers under section 225 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, that it will remove or obliterate any placard displayed illegally within the administrative boundaries of Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council. Date: 27 August 2025
The following applications have been submitted to the Council:-
6/2025/1512/FULL Erection of a timber outbuilding, addition of permeable block paving to frontage, and addition of a car parking space with tarmac following the demolition of the existing outbuilding at 9 Guessens Road WGC
