I give notice that Exeter Science Park Ltd is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission: Application Number: 25/1694/RES. Reserved matters application in respect of landscaping. The proposal seeks consent for the installation of landscaping on Phase 1a of the development approved under planning permission 18/2797/MOUT, which was accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment.
The proposed development is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
