NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Gisleham Brick & Pipeworks, Brickworks Lane, Gisleham, Suffolk, NR33 8DS

Application No: SCC/0072/16W/VOC

I give notice that Mick George Ltd is applying to Suffolk County Council for planning permission for the following development:

Proposal: Variation of Conditions 6 (Limits of extraction), 39 (Restoration), 43 (Aftercare) and 44 (Aftercare) of planning permission SCC/0072/16W.

The proposed development may affect the setting of listed buildings, namely 3 Kilns and 2 Chimney Stacks at Former Gisleham Brick and Pipeworks (Grade II).

The proposal would affect a right of way to which Part 111 of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 applies: The Public Rights of Way affected is Gisleham FP 4.
