I hereby give notice that Sandwell Council has received the following applications under the planning acts, of which it is required to give public notice for the reason given at the beginning of each group of applications.

This is a major application.
Application no: DC/25/70892 Applicant: TP Property Company Ltd Address: Topmark House Potters Lane Wednesbury WS10 7LH Proposal: Proposed change of use from industrial process, (Class E(g)(iii)), General industrial (Class B2) & General industrial) (Class B8) to a builders merchant (sui generis) for display, sale and storage of building materials, external alterations, car parking and servicing arrangements, landscaping, boundary fencing and associated works.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force in the area in which it is situated.
Application no: DC/25/70756 Applicant: Mr Y Bhattay Address: First Floor 180 Birmingham Road West Bromwich B70 6QG Proposal: Proposed conversion into 3 no. self-contained apartments with external alterations.

This is a major application.
Application no: DC/25/70895 Applicant: Mr Sukhjinder Khera SAP Investments Ltd Address: Land Formerly Wednesbury Motors 110 Holyhead Road Wednesbury Proposal: Proposed removal of condition 16 of DC/22/67240 (Proposed construction of 30 No. two-bedroom apartments (outline application for access and layout) to amend the blocks – Block one: Split 4 and 5 storey, Block two: 5 storey, and Block three: No change.
