NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER
FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14 BUCKLEY
The Flintshire County Council hereby intends not sooner than 7 days from the 29th August 2025 to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle or pedestrians from proceeding in Well Street, between its junctions with Springfield Drive and Rose Lane.
The reason for the closure is to facilitate construction for rising mains and housing development by Charles L Warren Ltd.
The alternative route for vehicles and pedestrians affected by the closure will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs. Pedestrian access to any premises situated on or adjacent to the road, or to any other premises accessible for pedestrians from, and only from, the road will be maintained throughout the period of closure.
It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on 15th September 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter. The road will be closed for 14 weeks or until earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months.

Mae Cyngor Sir y Fflint drwy hyn yn cyhoeddi ei fwriad i wneud Gorchymyn nid cyn saith niwrnod o 29 Awst 2025 a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio Well Street, rhwng ei chyffyrdd â Springfield Drive a Rose Lane.
Y rheswm dros gau’r ffordd yw hwyluso gwaith adeiladu ar gyfer pibellau dwr a ddatblygiad tai gan Charles L Warren Ltd.
Bydd arwyddion pr Appropriate a’n dangos y ffordd arall i gerbydau a cherddwyr mae cau’r ffordd yn effeithio arnynt. Gwaherddir mynediad i gerddwyr at unrhyw adeilad ar y ffordd neu wrth ei hymyl, neu unrhyw adeilad arall sy’n hygyrch i gerddwyr o’r ffordd, gyta’r cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.
Disgwylir y bydd y Gorchymyn i rym ar 15 Medi 2025, neu cyn gynted â phosibl wedi hynny. Bydd y ffordd ar gau am 14 wythnos, oni bai y bydd y gwaith yn dod i ben yn gynt, ond nid hwy na deunaw mis.
