HYSBYSIAD O’R BWRIAD I WNEUD GORCHYMYN CAU PRIFFYRDD (ROSE COTTAGE, BRYN Y GARREG, SIR Y FFLINT, CH6 5QU) 202-

MAE GWNEUDIONG CYMRU yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 247 o Ddeddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990 (“Ddeddf 1990”) i awdurdodi cau’r darn o briffordd a ddisgrifir yn Atodlen 1 i’r Hysbysiad hwn. Mae Gweinidogion Cymru wedi eu bodloni bod angen cau’r briffordd. Nid awdurdodir cau’r briffordd ond er mwyn gwneud y datblygiad yn unol â’r caniatâd cynllunio a roddwyd o dan Ran 3 o Ddeddf 1990 gan Gyngor Sir y Fflint ar 5 Mehefin 2025 o dan y cyfeirnod FUL/000158/25 a ddisgrifir yn Atodlen 2 i’r Hysbysiad hwn.

Mae’r Gorchymyn yn gwneud darpariaeth ar gyfer cadw hawliau ymgeynwyr statudol ar gyfer unrhyw gyfarpar o dan y briffordd, ynddi, arni, drosti, ar ei hyd neu ar ei thraws.

Bydd Gorchymyn Cau Priffyrdd (Rose Cottage, Bryn y Garreg, Sir y Fflint CH6 5QU) 202- (“y Gorchymyn”) yn peidio â chael effaith os daw’r caniatâd cynllunio mewn cysylltiad â’r datblygiad i ben neu os caiff ei ddiddymu.

Yn ystod yr 28 o ddiwrnodau o 22 August 2025 ymlaen, gellir edrych ar gopïau o’r Gorchymyn drafft a’r plan a adneuwyd yn rhad ac am ddim yn swyddfeydd Cyngor Sir y Fflint, Neuadd y Dref, Sgwâr y Farchnad, Y Fflint, CH6 5NW, yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol, neu gellir eu cael yn rhad ac am ddim o’r cyfeiriad isod gan ddyfynnu’r cyfeirnod qA2342045.

Rhaid anfon unrhyw wrthwynebiadau yn ysgrifenedig, gan nodi ar ba sail y’u gwneir, i: Y Gangen Orchmynion, Trafnidiaeth, Llywodraeth Cymru, Parc Cathays, Caerdydd CF10 3NQ neu drwy e-bost i Trafnidiaeth.YGangenOrchmynion@llyw.cymru erbyn 19 Medi 2025.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

NOTICE OF PROPOSED STOPPING UP OF HIGHWAYS

(ROSE COTTAGE BRYN Y GARREG, FLINTSHIRE, CH6 5QU) ORDER 202-

THE WELSH MINISTERS propose to make an Order under section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (“the 1990 Act”) to authorise the stopping up of the length of highway described in Schedule 1 to this Notice. The Welsh Ministers are satisfied that the stopping up is necessary, and it will be authorised only in order to enable the development to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by Flintshire County Council on 5 June 2025 with reference FUL/000158/25 and described in Schedule 2 to this Notice.

The Order makes provision for the preservation of rights of statutory undertakers for any apparatus under, in, on, over, along or across the highway.

The Stopping Up of Highways (Rose Cottage Bryn y Garreg, Flintshire CH6 5QU) Order 202- (“the Order”) ceases to have effect if planning permission in respect of the development expires or is revoked.

During 28 days from 22 August 2025 copies of the draft Order and the deposited plan may be inspected free of charge during normal office hours at Flint Town Council, Town Hall Market Square, Flint, CH6 5NW or may be obtained free of charge from the address below quoting reference qA2342045.

Objections, specifying the grounds on which they are made, must be sent in writing to Orders Branch, Transport, Welsh Government, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ or by email to TransportOrdersBranch@gov.wales

by 19 September 2025.

Should you wish to object, support or make representations, the Welsh Government may need to consult with persons and organisations outside the Welsh Government. As part of the consultation process, the information you have provided and your personal data will be passed to the applicant/developer and, if necessary, to the local highway authority to enable them to respond to you. We will, however, only disclose your personal details where it is necessary to do so to address the issues raised. Where objections cannot be resolved and the Order becomes subject to a Public Inquiry (“PI”), all correspondence is copied to the Inspector of the PI and is available in the PI library where it becomes publicly available.

If you do not wish personal data to be forwarded to third parties, you should state this when submitting your correspondence and the Welsh Ministers will copy the representations to the appropriate third parties with the name and address removed and if there is to be a PI, the representations will be seen by the Inspector who may give them less weight as a result.
