Pre-Application Public Consultation by CCP KWH 3 Limited

Proposed Major Application Proposal at 148-160 Wishart Street, Glasgow.

“Erection of key worker housing (sui generis) with potential ground floor uses (class 1a, class 3, class 11) and associated ancillary works.”

A public information event / exhibition will be held at Wasps Hanson Street Studios 77 Hanson St, Glasgow G31 2HF on Tuesday 2nd September 2025 between 2pm – 6pm where you can view the proposals, and the development team will be available to answer any questions. Consultation boards will also be available to view on our dedicated website (https://www.montagu-evans.co.uk/public-consultation-for-wishart-street/) on the day of the consultation.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposals to the prospective applicant may do so at the public event, or via the above contact details. Comments are invited until 19th September 2025. Further public consultation will be held on 28th October 2025 and advertised in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021.

Please note this notice does not relate to a planning application. Any comments made at the event, or through the above, are to CCP KWH 3 Limited as the Applicant and are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted by the Applicant to the Glasgow City Council, neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations to Glasgow City Council regarding the proposal at that time.
