The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/25/099430/FULL Pier 2 Wigan Pier Wallgate Wigan. Change of use to a mixed use of studio and flexible teaching space, co-working office space and gallery and training space. Replacement roof and installation of solar photovoltaic panels, public realm enhancements and external alterations including bin store, external seating, raincover canopy, enclosed plant area and bike racks.
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building and which is within a Conservation Area: Wigan Pier.
